The Study Abroad Center works closely with UNI Campus Police, national organizations, and our partners overseas to make sure that our students, faculty, and staff are informed so they can be proactive and handle any situation while on campus and traveling internationally.

The Study Abroad Center receives updates and closely monitors events overseas by working closely with the U.S. State Department, the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control.

Political situations worldwide are closely monitored, and the office strives to remain in close contact with students abroad to alert them of any potential threat to their health and safety.

The resources below provide students the opportunity to be informed on health and safety concerns and monitor events as well.
