Report an Incident

In the case of an incident occurring abroad (i.e. illness, theft, assault, arrest, etc.) All incident participants/witnesses, if possible, should complete the Study Abroad Incident Report describing their account of the event. Student and program names will be kept confidential. If it is a faculty-led program, course leader must complete this document to report an incident to the Study Abroad Center. This report will be filed in the Study Abroad Center. If you have to report an incident, please contact our office.
