Study Abroad Scholarships

Scholarship Banner

Many scholarship opportunities are available exclusively to UNI students participating in our programs. Students should work with their study abroad advisor in our office to find out which scholarships are best for them. For our instructor-led programs, this information will be covered in the Abroad 101 session. For other types of programs, it will be covered in the meetings with the student's study abroad advisor.

Students can also use their financial aid and other scholarships to help pay for study abroad. With regard to financial aid and other scholarships they typically receive, we recommend students meet with a Financial Aid Counselor in the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships to learn about how they can use this aid for study abroad.
